To replace printing paper all that is required is putting the paper into the enterance of the printer.
To replace toner cartridges the first step is making sure that the machine is turned off, then opening the frount cover.
The second step is removing the toner cartridges out of the drum unit assembley from the machine.
The third step is to push the green lock lever and take the toner cartrige out from the drum unit.
The forth step is to put the new cartriage into the drum unit and install it back into the printer.
To clean your PC hardware tools such compressed air, brushs and screwdrivers need to be used for the cleaning of the PC’s. The screw drivers are used to open the computer so that the hardware is accessable for the user to clean and this will vary depending on what type of computer you have. When cleaning the PC with the compressed air you should clean the from the top to the bottom so that all of the dust can be removed easily. Brushes can also be used to remove dust.

Step 1 open the settings app which is located by the start manu.
Step 2 click storage, then click on the drive where Windows 10 is installed.
step 3 once you’ve clicked on the drive you will see the storage usage page.
Step 4 click on temporary files, select the check box next to the temporary files and remove the files by clicking the button to delete all of the temporary files.
Step 1 click the start button, then search for the control panel.
Step 2 click on the system and security, then click defragment your Hard Drive.
Step 3 click the analyse disk button.
Step 4 Once the analysis is complete click the defragmentation disk button and click close.
Step 1 Press the windows button on the left hand side of the taskbar and type in backup in the search box.
Step 2 click set up backup.
Step 3 select where you want to save the backup and this is where you will tell the computer to send all of your files and press next.
Step 4 select what you want to backup, make your choice and then click next.
Step 5 select how often you want to back up, make your choices and click ok to finish.
To organise files create file categories that will be used for the sorting out of the files. Then set up subcategories within a single category to make the type of information in that folder more specific.
To name a file what is required right clicking on a file and clicking the rename button.
To delete a file the user needs to right hand click on the file that they want to delete and scroll down to the delete option.
To archive a file select the files that you want to to archieve, next click the share tab located on the ribbon, in the send section click the Zip button and type the name that you want to archive the file and press enter.
For customising the toolbar I can do a multiple of different things. Such as change the colour, enable transparency, add or remove the search box, move the task bar to the top left or top right of the screen and resize the toolbar just to nme a few.
I can change the colour of the taskbar through using settings and personalization. The image below is before the taskbar’s colour is changed.
I can remove the search box on the tool bar. The image below is of the search box before it is removed and the image after is without the serach box.
Make sure to search for program settings first to see if the option for changing programs which automaticaly start to optionaly not start to make sure that the option is available for before using any other type of method. Examine what programs start automatically and how much power they are taking up on your computer, those programms should be stopped. Do research before stopping the progams as certai programs are necessary for the computer to function. Avoid utillities as you may get a virus on your PC.
Step one is right clicking on an empty area on the taskbar, selecting task manager.
Step two, when the task manager comes up click the startup tab and look through the list of programs which are enabled to run during the startup of the computer.
Step three is to stop the programs from running by right clicking on the program and selecting disbale.
Making icons bigger in settings consists of the steps below:
Step one right click an empty area of the laptop, once clicked a context menu will apear and it will display several different options to choose from.
Step two involves selecting view to expand to the next menu. On the menu the top three options are the different icon sizes.
Step three, click medium or small to reduce the size of the icons or choose large to increase the size of the icons. The image below is of the icons before their size was enlarged.

To pin a folder to a task bar the steps need to be followed below
To pin a folder to the task bar the fist step is to create a shortcut to the chosen folder on the desktop and right click until the contextual menu id displayed.
Step two is selecting new and choosing shortcut.
Step three is clicking the browse and navigating to the folder which needs to be pinned, once selected press ok. This will in turn put the folder into a location field and in the create shortcut wizard.
Step four is inserting the word explorer followed by a space so that the procedure for the items location will work.
Step 5 involves entering the name of the shortcut and clicking the finish button.
Step six, pin to taskbar.
